Content may not be reverse engineered unless specifically authorized by the owner of the applications’ patent and/or copyright.

The user agrees to the terms & conditions attached to the usage of the application and cannot hold Jembi Health Systems NPC liable for misdiagnosis or inaccuracies based on the content or use of the calculators or tools. All users agree that all access to and use of the application is at their own risk.

We collect information about the apps, and devices that you use to access the NDOH app store, which helps us provide features such as automatic product updates and dimming your screen if your battery runs low.

The information that we collect includes unique identifiers, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including operator name and phone number and NDOH applications version numbers. We also collect information about the interaction of your apps and devices with our NDOH services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time and referrer URL of your request.

We collect this information when an NDOH app on your device contacts our servers – for example, when you install an app from the NDOH app Store or when a service checks for automatic updates. Your device periodically contacts Jembi Health Systems servers to provide information about your device and connection to our services. This information includes things such as your device type, operator name, crash reports and which apps you’ve installed.

Changes to these Terms.

If the Terms of this app change, you will be given at least 30 days notice, and the new Terms will be effective after such notice period. Your continued use of the NDOH app store following such notice period will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms. The new Terms will apply to your use of all Content (including Content you have installed in the past) and all subsequent installs. If you do not agree with such changes, you may either continue to view that copy of the Content on your Devices in accordance with the last version of the Terms that you accepted, or depending on the Content provider agreement, this content may be removed or disabled from your device.
